how to improve egg quality

There are many reasons why women sometimes can’t get pregnant easily.

There are medical conditions such as blocked tubes, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, issues with partner’s sperm, and some others that we are just beginning to understand.

The good news is that most of them can be treated.

Even if everything else fails, couples can still get pregnant with IVF, which simply bypasses multiple fertility issues at once, especially those coming from the man’s side.

However, the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR which is ruining women’s chances to get pregnant and for which no reliable therapies exist, is her AGE.

You need to know what to do to improve your chances to get pregnant after 35

In terms of biology, AGE translates as egg quality.

In the past, dogma was that women’s eggs worked something like a kitchen-timer: set to expire at a certain age, their quality strictly pre-determined, and irresponsive to any inputs coming from outside.

Like so many other times in science, this turned out to be a hollow dogma.

Recent research has shown that there are actually SEVERAL WAYS to affect the quality of women’s eggs, and therefore, extend her fertility lifespan and improve her chances of becoming pregnant.

This research I’ve made to a central part of my book How to Improve Egg Quality.

Missing facts on how to slow down your biological clock and improve your chances to get pregnant can destroy your dreams. Don’t let that happen.

You are not alone, I’ve been there, too.

How to Improve Egg Quality I wrote for women who don’t have much time to waste.

At all times, I give you summarized information found during the years I was trying to conceive my two children.

I will guide you on what you need to know if you are over 35 and trying to get pregnant in the most natural way possible.

In my new book, you will find out exactly what to do to improve your fertility and chances to get pregnant. Although this advice applies to all women, it is especially true for women who are above 35.

All the information presented in How to Improve Egg Quality is backed up by clinical studies and recent scientific research. You will also find a lot of distilled and ready-to-use information on many other topics, such as:

  • How to find out how many eggs you have left?
  • How to track down the moment of ovulation to a few hours (and make the best out of it!)
  • What to eat during preconception time? Which is the latest scientific evidence on fertility-improving foods?
  • Which lifestyle interventions are most likely to improve your chances of conceiving?
  • How EXACTLY can you employ CoQ10, vitamin D, and DHEA to improve egg quality?
  • What is it that women don’t know and doctors don’t tell (not because they are mean but because it is YOUR responsibility!)
